Virgin Media is overcharging customer in a systematic manner and never refunds
any money to any customers. However if some customers decide to claim back the overcharged amount,
after lengthy and costly follow-ups by customers, they
will only be able to receive reward points.
But their hard earned cash is gone for "good"!
Virgin Media's actions are clearly fraud at large scale. However
in order to prove this and get some compensation/damages
lengthy legal procedures are required which
majority of people do not have time for.
All people want is an

Virgin Media managed to cut its losses to a great extent and perform better than
what analysts had predicted, however this is due to overcharging customers on
a large scale. Yet Virgin Media stock value is dropping but perhaps not as
fast as it ought to.
