im absolutly disgusted at the service virgin media provide to there custermors
i have phoned twice once was to order the free top box that is free
basic channels this call was 1 hour long as no one new what i was
talking about then when i did get through to the rite person he was
very rude to me telling me u dont get the box free when i asked why as
i can see it here on the net telling me its free he replyed do u get
free mc donalds "no" he said so u dont get free tv
this fone call ended with me hanging up on him nd calling someone else as he was soooo rude
i spoke to another 6 people until i got through to nice lady who sorted it all out for me.
BUT the day the box got delivered i was not in i was on the school run and missed the guy who delvered it
so today i rang virgin media got passed through 7 different people
till i got to the rite department to ask for redilivery., they said
they couldent do anything and asked me to phone linx the people who
deliver the box, linx had no idea what i was talking about and said
take it up with virgin media i seaid but i just did but they said there
nuthing they can do so i get back on to virgin media and passed through
another 4 people untill i was fumming i was ready to blow no one could
help me i ws sick of going from one person to the next i finally get to
this really nice man he made me hold the line several times as he tryed
to get to the botom of it all even he said he was being passed about
every where on the phone any way he said for me to get the box he would
have to put in a complaint
from me so the department could phone me back and resend the box
i dont get it this is alll so rediculus y should i have to put up with
this i dont no whats going on when im going to get the box or who i
complain too no body nos nuthing its a disgrace im new to virgin media
and at present am thinking about changeing service providers
i want something done about all this wheres the team work and help if
staff at virgin media dont no what there doing then where dose that
leave me the costomer
i expect a responce about this disgusting service asap
