Virgin Media engineer not turning up.
I spent about 20 minutes on the telephone yesterday, and waited in until 4 pm for an engineer to call and deal with an
existing problem , but no one turned up. No one even had the courtesy to call and explain why an engineer had not
called.I would like to remind you that this problem we are having is not new. Your engineers have been trying to
deal with it for over a year. What are you going to do about it?
