Virgin Media Complaint Letter Email account number 56214441

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

I have been provided with this email address as I believe this is for complaints only! If not, please can you forward onto the relevant department.

 

After three engineer calls to our property, the reoccurring issue 'pause and screen freeze' is still happening even after a replacement box. The message we keep getting is something to do with the smart card not being inserted!!

 

We’re getting extremely annoyed now, as we keep taking time off work to attend these callouts and losing time/money.

 

Firstly, we would appreciate a 'good will gesture' due to losing time/money because your inexperienced Engineers not knowing their jobs and to hopefully re-gain some confidence back into your brand and secondly, for the fault to be rectified for a final time or we will revoke our contract when our contract finishes in July.

 

Hopefully this will be dealt with accordingly, but wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t get resolved to our expectations!!
