We have had very intermittant broadband for the
last month, we are days without it.
My children are in the middle of the exams,my
daughter especialy relies on E-Mail for a lot of her studies, this is
having a very bad effect on the family. My daughter has ADHD and as you can
imagine with the let down of your service is finding her grades are down, life
is bad enough without this.
Every time I ring I cannot get through,and when my
Father looks on the internet there is never anything happening in this area
which shows disruption. In fact I have had to come over to my
Father's to do this.
