On March 19th 2008 I purchased a new
computer with Vista as the OS. The ST330 disk provided by Virgin did
not get me a broadband connection. Virgin sent me another. When this
didn't work they sent me another. I spent the maximum call time on the phone on the 4th April and the
guy promised to ring me back - he didn't.
I rang on the 5th April to complain, I
spoke to Alan. We went through the same routine of uninstalling and
re-installing, it didn't work. He promised to ring me back - he didn't.
I rang on 6th April and went through the
same routine again with Nick and after hitting the maximum call time limit again
he promised to ring me back before 8:30pm - he didn't. I have now spent in
the region of £20 and 17 days calling Virgin and I am still not
connected.
Does anyone have a non premium phone
number I could ring to try and sort out this mess?
