To whom it may concern


Hello there,
I am wondering if you could help me.

I have tried to speak to your advisors and had a couple of visits from your engineers in regards to a problem i have had
and still, i have no resolution.
I am a very loyal customer of yours and could really do with your help.

When i am watching any "On Deman" channels the screen freezez and stops. I have had the box repaird, cables checked. ect ect.
The last engineer that came
around told me someone in the area could have an illigal box. It just seems very unfair that i have to pay for a service
which i cannot use in full.

Also, the final straw came when i went to a good friends house who is also with yourselves. and has he has had problems,
 you have provided him with Virgin media PLUS, phone and internet package for a monthly price of £32. Mine is currently
  £38 for the normal tv, phone and internet. I am able to provide his account number if needed.

I find this very unfair and as a gesture of good will - would ask you to match me to my friend
(who hasnt been with you as long as i have).
