Virgin Media Media Loses Appointment Bookings

Faulty set top box appointment not kept

I called to report set top box fault 29 12 07 at 1900
They said earliest appointment was 02 01 08 !
I asked fro Customer Srvices who called me back and said it would be today 30 12 07;
I called today to be told that there was no booking and it was an error and it was now 03 01 8 in the morning before anything could be done
There was never any issue when it was NTL
