I am NOT impressed with Virgin Media Customer Service

You can collect your Virgin Media Equipment after 19:00 on weekdays and on Saturdays/Sundays. I am NOT impressed with Virgin Media Customer Service. Virgin Media disconnected my services on the request of third party, who is not related to me anyway.

I am working on weekdays 9:00 to 18:30 and it is not in my contract with Virgin to miss my job for the Equipment recovery. I do not appreciate your letter of threats of £250 charges without actually making genuine effort to contact me. I would like to advise you try to make some efforts to reach some body instead telling him of your so-called charges and mysterious collection methods.

Alternatively, I can leave Virgin Equipment at Property 259 (Manzoor Stores) on weekdays for collection.

Please respond me with your your definite time and if it would be alright if I leave the Box at ' Manzoor Food Stores, 259 Hoe Street, E17 9PT' for collection.
