RE: BILLING___AGAIN!!!!!

Dear Sirs/Madam
Here we go yet again.
Promises you fail to keep !
Why is my bill amount for £37.07, when the agreed and promised is 20Mb for ?18.50.
Thus the bill should say £18.50, yet again it does not.

It appears to me that Virgin is set to make a mockery of its customers.
You will not recieve any monies until the correct amount payable is shown.
Cutting off my service is also a breach of our contract, and monies will not be honered.
I shall not be writing to you any more, but instead all future corrispondances will be sent to trading standards and Watchdog etc.
Enough is enough.
