Hi, I have had about issues with Virgin broadband the whole I have been with them. All the problems I have had been with broadband not working full stop. Each time I have spoken to the rip off technical support in India they waste my money and have no I idea what the problem is. The first time I had a problem last year, an engineer turned up 4 days later when my broadband started working after 3 days. The engineer found no problems. About 1 month later the same thing happened but I cancelled the engineer call as my broadband was working. 2 days later it stopped again. Once again it started working a few days later when an engineer turned up again. He still had no idea. This happened a couple more times then stopped until now. Broadband went now at about 10pm in January. I went to bed and got up at 5am it was working again. A couple of weeks later it stopped again. I spoke to the support desk again and they didn't help so sent an engineer the next day. A few hours later my broadband worked again. I didn't cancel the call but the engineer didn't turn up anyway. I had to stay in my house all day. In the last week, my broadband has been down 5 times including earlier. I have looked up http://192.168.100.1 which shows my connection. Everything seems fine apart front IP address which I reset using ipconfig as the Internet stops working. It always shows locked which I know is a problem somewhere yet it is obviously there end. I have looked up the website and there are no problems in my area. My sister living near here and she never has problems. I also have no phone line so it costs me an arm and leg to call on 0906 212 1111. About ?1.50 a minute on mobiles. If this happens one more time, am going to talk to BT and get rid of Virgin. This whole service is a complete joke. I have already told someone how was setting up a business to never use Virgin because of this so he has already gone to BT. They are way out of order and to never know what the problem is pathetic. Regards, Blake Hill
