I would like to lodge a complaint

I would like to lodge a complaint against Noland/nolen Bernard. I had the misfortune of speaking to him this morning regarding an important virgin broadband enquiry and he was not only useless but positively obtuse, obstructive and rude. he demonstarted complete inability and i would like the phonecall we had to be reviewed and something done. i would like to know exactly what measures are taken to address this shambollic behaviour of someone representing your company. i trust this conversation was recorded and i am therefore backed up. i am also upset there is no facility to lodge a complaint whilst on the phone and the claim is fresh. further to this i still await a letter confirming i have transferred my broadband to the new address and therefore the address i have moved from has no outstanding monies owed. i need this for my landlord to get back my deposit and i requested this from Virgin 2 months ago. i am no longer at the address i moved from so please send it to my new address [removed].

I look forward to a rapid response to my concerns listed above.
