your engineer did not even bother to turn up

I had my services installed on 23.01.2008. I was told by the engineers on that day that they were unable to install my phone as the cables needed pulling through.Two weeks later more engineers told me that I needed construction out as the manhole cover they needed to access was blocked.A further and your engineer did not even bother to turn up but claimed to his superiors that he came and had a look but the manhole cover was blocked by a car.Funny how he never had the decency to knock my door to tell me thar.Yet another two weeks brings us to last Saturday and this time the engineers did call.When they told me that they had tested the underground cables and they were perfectly ok and my phone just needed connecting from the front of my house to the cable. But they were unable to do it. So I rang customer services to be told that the engineers have told their superiors something totally different from what they told me and that is that the pit is blocked and construction is needed. I find that disgusting. Customer services informed me that a company called Avonline are contracted to do my work and I would receive a phone call from their manager Mr. Karl Rolph before the end of the weekend. And guess what? Thats right. I have not heard anything. I find all of this extremely bad and I would now like you to arrange installation of my phone as a matter of urgency. I certainly do not expect to have to wait yet another two weeks. It would also be nice to speak with Mr. Rolph myself as a priority.I shall be expecting a response from you today.My ame and address are as follows
