My phone has been out of order twice in two months. Unable to contact faults by 151, I have to inconvenience a neighbours phone to report it. After endless messages & options I am finally told I will be charged ?25 if a technician calls & the fault proves to be on my phoine & also told that no technician is available till the end of the week! With no choice in hand I have to agree to this unsatisfactory arrangement. However the phone was corrected after two days, upon enquiring about this I was told there had been a general fault in my area!!!!
I resent this waste of my precious time inconvenience & sincerely regret committing my self to your contract. Your customer service stinks.
Your customer service is disgusting, I am tired of complaining & in view of all the letters of complaints that you receive, so is everyone else!
