Overcharging....falling on deaf ears.

Dear happy campers,
Like many other people, I am being overcharged for a service Virgin wrote to me about.
They offered me the complete XL package at ?65 and have over charged me ?15 twice.

I called their customer service and they refuse to credit me. They firstly offered to credit ?5.50 and after a 5 minute pause ?9.50 which the lady was supprised I didn't accept.

The outcome is that they are coming to get their 13mb cablemodem (on a good day) and both boxes in a months time.

Roll on Sky TV.

Hopefully this site is being closely monitored, and I hope some good comes of it.
