i make a payment to virgin media ( bank statement) take of my bank in date of 19 dec 07 .
i agree to come to install my phone in date of 4 january 2008. and a contact of 3 services phone, broadband and tv for only 19.68 per month.
BUT custemer service say never i call to you.
i have all the proof
mobile statment, bank statment, reference number of appoiment to instal the phone.
i will give all this information to watchdog and i will send you in the court.
