To whom it may concern,
Since last Tuesday 23 of January around 11:30 I lost my internet access. The problem it's not my router or the modem which VM provided me, because i've try to conecct directly from router and it just have no conecction.
I really need internet access, and i think that its ashamefull that a big company such Virgin Media was unable to probide the costumers with the services they promisses and whose customers are paying for.
Checkin in some forums about my problem and a bout the logs that my router reports i've found that a lot of costumers of virgin had and have the same problem and that Vigin takes a lot of time in solve it.
Well as i've said y really need to use internet so or i have my conecction back today or i will make a formal complain on the council, the police or where concerns demanding a refound an the really bad services of VM,i don't know why i have to pay for a service that i'm not receiving. And i will put all my effort too on making bad publicity against VM and avicing future costumers not to join to you.
