my installation fee

2 weeks ago i had a representative from virgin media at my door asking if i would like there services i agreed and handed over £35 2 the gent he then told me it would have 2 go 2 the at risk and i would b contacted in 48 hours im a single parent with 2 children under 2 so £35 is a lot of money 2 me it has been over a week now since my aunt foned and was told i had been turned down for the services and still no sighns of getting my money bk my aunt has again foned and now being told nothing due 2 the data protection act surely if this was the case it should never have been disclosed 2 her in the first place that i had been turned down but there is still no sighns of me being payed my money bk i am now seeking legal advise and will take this 2 the papers and the ombudsman yours miss mccabe
